A relationship growing with the business
The Climbing Hangar and cab engine partnership is two faceted; the first part is an ongoing relationship to drive and iteratively improve the existing platform and the second is campaign lead for the launches of new centres throughout the year.
Throughout the last year, cab engine has touched almost all parts of The Climbing Hangars marketing from CRM to CRO, we've been working to improve the user experience, convert pay as you go visitors to memberships and reassure frozen members that the centres are a safe space to come back to.
Iterative design with results
Through a combination of qualitative and quantitive methods Cab Engine defined the pain points users were experiencing on The Climbing Hangar platform with the aim of elevating them through iterative design and development. Some of the methods we like to use are user interviews, heat mapping and surveys by using a balance of methods we make sure to answer not only what the problem is but also why it's an issue. Once we have ideated a few solutions we A/B test to ensure that the most effective solution is rolled out for The Climbing Hangars customers. We have found that our CRO process has driven some excellent results.
