Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a talented Senior UX designer with a passion for user-centered design and creating better experiences to join our growing craft studio.

We put the heart of the user in everything we do. You will be essential in driving our projects from the ground up, using customer research and business insights to develop bespoke solutions for a wide range of problems across an array of industries.

You will be part of a team that designs engaging and visually stunning digital user experiences. You should have a passion for the world of design, innovative technology as well as learning and improving your skills so that you can continually deliver work that you are proud of.

Your skills and experience

Significant experience working as a User Experience designer, with generalist knowledge across design

Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process

Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design

Experience planning, conducting and synthesising research that feeds into product strategy

Ability to read and analyse data to make informed decisions - Strong knowledge and understanding of analytics software and user behaviour tools

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Strong understanding of user-centered design, UX laws and principles as well as design thinking

Experience in presenting prototypes and solutions in a structured and organised manner

Demonstrable experience working on projects from initial concept through to hi-fidelity designs, and onto collaboration with developersProficient in some or all of the following; Miro, Figma, FigJam and the Adobe Suite

What you will be doing

Work autonomously and communicate effectively with the Development, Creative and Strategic teams to create customer experiences across different projects and platforms

Assisting with gathering requirements in a collaborative manner with clients and other team members

Conduct user tests / research

Facilitate and develop UX workshops - Outline agendas, session points, facilitate workshop, collate and present findings

Develop and facilitate presentations with senior external stakeholders and internal teams

Utilise design and prototyping software effectively

Illustrate design ideas with user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes etc

Delivery of lo and hi-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate how product interactions work

Using data to identify insights and design enhancements to existing products based

Accessibility Guardian: champion of accessible design and standards aligning with primary guidelines such as WCAG
