You will work closely with the Head of Digital and Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive the Performance arm of the business, developing and leading on high impact and innovative marketing initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, your role will be key in strategising, coordinating and delivering paid marketing campaigns. Working across a wide range of clients, from lead players in the Fitness industry to well known Hospitality chains, the opportunities to drive growth and innovate within the paid space are endless.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business during an exciting stage of business growth.

The successful candidate will own campaigns, delivering ROI-focused performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they increase customer acquisition, retention and revenues, have the appropriate target audiences, and create long-term value for the business.

You will be given the freedom to innovate the agency's paid media offerings and help to grow client accounts, whilst managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your skills and experience

Ability to manage performance of digital channels on a daily and weekly basis including conversion, brand, performance, revenue optimisation and more

Confident managing a wide range of client channels across various platforms

Consistently report on competitor activity and performance channels focusing on paid activity

Drive innovative and streamlined solutions for performance activity

Continuously support client growth through digital strategy and output

Creatively work with campaign testing tactics

Up to date and informed regarding current trends and new technology that will support businesses/client growth

What you will be doing

Set-up, optimise and innovate performance marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, organic social, CRM, SEO and more

Manage a junior member of the team

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Keeping on-top of industry trends

Analysing and reporting on various KPIs to measure the performance of campaigns to deliver continued improvements

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the very best for our clients

Manage budgets across a variety of different clients
