Who we are looking for?

We are looking to recruit a driven Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with an exciting mind who places huge importance on relationships and strives to deliver a great ROI for their clients and provide knowledge on best practices when it comes to agile methodologies. A self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running.

This opportunity is a full-time role, which offers flexible working with access to our HQ studio which is based in Alcester.

Reporting to the Client Partnership Lead you will work to drive success across key identified accounts and build on client satisfaction and ROI. Knowledge of agile methodologies and previous digital agency experience is required to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will primarily work across two (or more) of our largest client partners, implementing the correct process and practices to drive incremental change for the businesses.

Your skills and experience

Proven experience working in a similar role

Experience delivering excellent customer service and client management

Experience in working with medium to enterprise-level businesses

A good track record in achieving targets

Previous evidence of great client relationships

Experience within a digital agency environment or within similar roles

The ability to discuss digital marketing with your clientele on subjects including; UX/UI, CMS, SEO, PPC, Web Development & CRM is preferable.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Asana

Prince 2 or APM Certification (not a necessity, but bonus points if you have it)

What you will be doing

Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.

Identify and address any obstacles or issues that may hinder the team's progress.
Work to remove impediments and create a conducive work environment.

Coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
Encourage self-organisation and continuous improvement within the team.

Ensure that the team's progress, backlog, and hurdles are visible to all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Agile tools and artefacts.

Continuously seek ways to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and Agile practices.
Reflect on team performance and implement changes as needed.

Facilitate communication between the development team and the client ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.

Support the team as it scales Agile practices across multiple teams or departments, if applicable.

Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions, allowing them to focus on delivering value.
Manage external requests and demands to maintain the team's productivity.
